Under this arrangement, we will create a specific recruiting profile for the staff you want based on your business goals and needs. We will then recruit, pre-screen and interview candidates, ultimately presenting you with a short list of candidates for you to carry out a final round of interviews. Remembering…there is no obligation on your part until we have found the perfect candidate.

Once you have selected your staff, an agreement is signed and a start date is determined for your new staff member. We will organise office and infrastructure requirements, HR and orientation, while you manage their workflow. If required, we can also offer varying degrees of project management. Our goal is to see them functioning as seamlessly as the employees in your office.

Our pricing is calculated using a simple formula that includes the employee’s raw salary plus taxes, benefits, infrastructure and a small management fee.

Offshore staff are an excellent outsourcing option as they provide an simple starting point for integrating an offshore team into your existing business while still maintaining management control. It can be used to build up teams from one to hundreds.

Example: Company A would like to hire a full time graphic designer to support their general marketing business.

We would recruit and interview a pool of potential candidates and provide a shortlist of portfolios and resumes for the company to review. From this Company A would choose a certain number to interview OR provide feedback so recruitment efforts could be refined and a second shortlist provided. Once a designer has been chosen, we would hire this person, set up their workstation with the required software (NB some specialised software may incur additional costs) in our state-of-the-art facility. They will be in daily contact with the client’s office via a range of IM software and collaborative tools. Office webcam monitoring is available and working hours are monitored.
