Below is our step-by-step process for getting started:
Free Consultation
We will organise a time for us to learn about your business and look at your goals and needs. We will answer any questions you have about us or offshore outsourcing in general. This can either be done face-to-face, over the phone, via video conference or through email. And of course, we always welcome clients to visit our offices in Manila at any time.
Creating a Plan
Using the information we have gained from our discussions, we will put together a plan that will cover manpower and infrastructure requirements, hiring structure (direct staff engagement or managed solution), timelines and pricing structure. This plan requires no obligation from you and is subject to further discussions until we reach mutual agreement on all points.
Putting together your Team
Once the plan is in place, we will begin putting your team (of either 1 or 100) together from suitable staff who are currently available in our office OR we will begin recruiting as needed. We pre-screen all candidates and make sure that those we short-list are available for interview either via phone or video conference.
Even at this point there is still no obligation on your until you feel you have found the perfect fit for your business. We go through all of these steps at our own risk because our business is built on establishing long-term relationships with our clients and the confidence we have in the value proposition of our staff offerings.
Finalizing an Agreement
When you have identified the team you wish to hire, we will finalise and sign our outsourcing agreement and officially begin operations.
Set Up
Once we have received your signed copy of the agreement, we will assign the necessary office space, workstations and network infrastructure to your team. As soon as recruiting and any training is finished, your team can begin its work.
Support
Our HR and Tech teams provide support for your staff and ensure that operations in Manila run as smoothly as possible. You will begin to feel as though your team is just on another floor in the same building!
