Former senior managers of Mastech, Andrew McCarroll and Bruce Mills have launched a new recruitment company built around the highly successful model of recruiting locally as well as having dedicated recruitment offices in other countries.

McCarroll was with Mastech from 1994 to 2003, becoming the CEO in 2001. Mills joined Mastech in 1997 and worked as QLD and NT Manager till 2004, as well as for 12 months running the NSW branch.

McCarroll and Mills have also consulted to a number of companies in the recruitment industry to help establish and grow their contracting and recruitment businesses.

In 2006, McCarroll and Mills again began working together again at Acumen Alliance, McCarroll as Director of Contracting in NSW and Mills as State Director for QLD.

In January this year McCarroll and Mills launched 3W Consulting, Contracting and Recruitment, with offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Manila and Johannesburg.

3W has local and offshore recruiting capabilities cover:

• Executive
