Andrew McCarroll is a successful business leader with more than 15 years experience in the IT, Recruitment, Professional Services, Banking, Telecoms and Retail industries. This experience has ranged from sales management, consulting through to board level.

Andrew McCarroll has extensive experience in IT contracting, contingent and retained recruitment and search, having built and managed businesses up to AUD$100m. This has included providing clients with outsourced managed resource teams, globally sourced teams for global client requirements and hybrid contracting/permanent employment models.

An active member in the IT industry, he has also been heavily involved in providing advice to Government on the sourcing of IT skills from offshore and associated Visa processes.
