Utilizing their Labour Agreement for On-Hire, which allows 3W to recruit overseas skilled workers in the ICT industry under the 457 long-stay business visa, 3W engages their offshore recruitment offices to source candidates with skills unavailable locally.

3W has a highly mature end-to-end methodology for the sourcing of offshore requirements. This ensures that only highly skilled resources are obtained, and that from the initial request for a requirement to the candidate being delivered to the client site the minimum amount of time is taken.

3W also ensures that all necessary government obligations are met through their Labour Agreement for On-Hire which as been negotiated with DIAC and DEEWR.
